Organizational Effectiveness
Organizational effectiveness is the ability of an organization, as a whole, to achieve its’ goals and objectives and is generally expressed in terms of its’ net profitability versus its’ target profitability.
This can only be achieved if the individual functions, within the organization itself, are effective and working cohesively with one another.
Venturi Vision will assess the primary (and secondary) functions (Operations, Supply Chain, Production/manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, etc.,) for their design, structure and effectiveness through:
- Examining alignment between functions
- Focusing on the principles of LEAN manufacturing
- Inspecting trade-offs between reliability, speed and quality
- Strategizing for higher adoption rates
- Facilitating/initiating/catalyzing capability building - structure, process and people
As a result, a design of measurements and scorecards will be implemented along with the management of the change(s) to ensure a smooth transformation to the future optimum state.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy, resources and actions to shape and guide what an organization is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future. Effective strategic planning articulates not only where an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful.
Venturi Vision is experienced in the implementation of strategic planning. They will coordinate the appropriate functions, using proven tools and methodologies, to deliver an agreed upon set of priorities while ensuring that all employees and stakeholders are aligned, working towards common goals and understanding their individual contribution. Methods for continual oversight will also be implemented to ensure the plan(s) remain on track or if necessary adjust the direction in response to a changing environment.
Corporate Governance
Principles to corporate governance include rights and equitable treatment of shareholders (where shareholders are not only those who own stock in the company but also creditors, suppliers, customers, and employees), interests of other stakeholders, roles and responsibilities of the board, integrity and ethical behavior, and disclosure and transparency throughout the organization at all times.
In today’s environment it is critical that a Company/organization complies with legal, business and social protocol at all times – Venturi Vision can assist in auditing, identifying and implementing process changes to ensure that compliance is promoted and sustained.
