Effective strategic planning articulates not only where an organization is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful.
Venturi Vision is experienced in the implementation of strategic planning. They will coordinate the appropriate functions, using proven tools and methodologies, to deliver an agreed upon set of priorities while ensuring that all employees and stakeholders are aligned, working towards common goals and understanding their individual contribution. Methods for continual oversight will also be implemented to ensure the plan(s) remain on track or if necessary adjust the direction in response to a changing environment.
Principles to corporate governance include rights and equitable treatment of shareholders (where shareholders are not only those who own stock in the company but also creditors, suppliers, customers, and employees), interests of other stakeholders, roles and responsibilities of the board, integrity and ethical behavior, and disclosure and transparency throughout the organization at all times.
